• Equipment inspection and minor repairs
• Brush and vacuum services

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or scheduling services
• Ensure safe access to your pool area for our technicians
• Notify us of any hazards, pets, or access restrictions
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Splash Theory Pools for:

• Service appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service completion notifications
• Account and billing updates
• Responses to your inquiries

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service schedule.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service fees.

Limitation of Liability

Splash Theory Pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing pool conditions, equipment failures, or damages caused by factors beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splash Theory Pools, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
