Windermere is synonymous with luxury living in Central Florida. Home to celebrities, professional athletes, and executives, this exclusive community features some of the most impressive residential properties—and pools—in the region. Splash Theory Pools delivers the premium service these exceptional homes deserve.
Nestled among the pristine waters of the Butler Chain of Lakes, Windermere offers a lifestyle that revolves around water. Private pools complement this aquatic focus, serving as personal retreats that match the elegance of the properties themselves. From Isleworth's world-famous estates to Keene's Pointe's golf course living, Windermere pool owners expect nothing less than perfection.
Windermere's lakefront location creates unique microclimate conditions. Higher humidity from the Butler Chain means pools require more vigilant chemistry monitoring. The mature tree canopy that makes Windermere so beautiful also means increased organic debris that demands consistent skimming and filter maintenance.
Windermere pools are often works of art: infinity edges overlooking lake views, elaborate water features, integrated spas, and premium finishes that require specialized care. Many feature sophisticated automation systems that our technicians are trained to manage. We understand that Windermere homeowners expect discreet, professional service that maintains their properties to the highest standards.

Real reviews from Central Florida pool owners
"After going through multiple pool companies over a few years, we finally found Jared and Splash Theory and I'm so glad we did! I was tired of being told it was "normal" for the pool to look cloudy or green after periods of rain, and tired of people who showed up for 5 minutes and then left, or who missed weekly services with no explanation. Our pool has never looked better — it's clean, clear, and has consistently looked perfect since we started with Splash Theory. Jared is meticulous and really spends the time to ensure everything is done right. He's great with communication and is truly knowledgeable about pool maintenance. I recommend this company to everyone I know!"
