Clermont's rolling hills and chain of lakes create one of Central Florida's most scenic settings for pool ownership. Known as the "Choice of Champions" for its athletic community, Clermont residents expect their pools to be as ready for action as they are.
What sets Clermont apart is its topography—the gentle hills that provide lake views and a slightly different microclimate than flatter Central Florida communities. This active community, home to the National Training Center, attracts fitness-minded residents who view their pools as essential components of a healthy lifestyle.
Clermont's slight elevation doesn't exempt it from Florida's pool maintenance challenges. The area's proximity to numerous lakes means humidity remains high, and the hilly terrain can affect water drainage patterns around pools. Summer temperatures match the rest of Central Florida, making algae prevention a constant priority.
Clermont pools range from cozy family pools in established neighborhoods to resort-style designs in communities like Olympus and Legends. The area's active lifestyle means pools often see heavy use—lap swimming, water aerobics, and family gatherings that demand consistently clean, safe water.

Real reviews from Central Florida pool owners
"After going through multiple pool companies over a few years, we finally found Jared and Splash Theory and I'm so glad we did! I was tired of being told it was "normal" for the pool to look cloudy or green after periods of rain, and tired of people who showed up for 5 minutes and then left, or who missed weekly services with no explanation. Our pool has never looked better — it's clean, clear, and has consistently looked perfect since we started with Splash Theory. Jared is meticulous and really spends the time to ensure everything is done right. He's great with communication and is truly knowledgeable about pool maintenance. I recommend this company to everyone I know!"
